1.必须熟悉责任区的运营/流程，设备，员工等。
2.必须根据PC的时间表满足客户对所需质量的要求
3.必须以最低的成本制造产品，没有任何废物;
4.维护车间5S和纪律，防止做工;
5.进行日常生产会议，以交付关键问题，任务目标以及生产状况审查;
6.注重日常操作中的偏差和故障排除;
7.开发G/L候选人和成员的技能;
8.审查官方文件以及追求效率和质量的明确流程;
9.不断推出改进计划
资格要求:(教育，经验，技能等。请具体说明）
1.大专以上学历。
2.SMT相关工作背景和经验，组装工作约8年，其中3年为生产主管。
医疗产品。
3.熟悉物资系统的建立和发展。
4.精通Outlook，Word，Excel和PowerPoint等计算机技能。
5.能够在压力下独立工作，乐于迎接挑战，具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，有耐心，
仔细而详尽。
6.良好的英语读写能力是必须的，并且会说英语的人优先。
7.技能要求的专业知识ISO13485和21CFR820
