通过对市场趋势，竞争对手，技术趋势，新产品需求，及其他未被满足的市场需求的深入分析，基于Capsugel的能力，提出恰当的发展战略。
Proposeappropriatetacticsbasedonthein-depthanalysisofmarkettrends,competition,technologytrends,newproductdemandsandotherunmetcustomerneeds.
与区域销售团队共同制定行之有效的方案，追踪已确立的区域计划的执行进程，以确保业务目标的达成。
WorkcloselywithregionalbusinessleadersinordertodefineeffectiveplanstosecuregrowthforCapsugel.Trackprogressagainstestablishedregionalplanstoachievetheaggressiveobjectivesandmaximumprofits.

Requirements:
任职资格:
Education:Bachelorabove,prefermajorinpharmaceuticals,dosageform,TCMDegreeorrelated;
本科学历以上，优先制药，药物剂型，中药相关专业；
3yearsaboveB2Bsales,BDworkingexperience,preferenceforcandidatewithexperienceinAPI,excipients,pharmaceuticalpackaging,pharmaceuticalDSandsoon.
3年以上B2B销售或业务开发工作经验，优先API，辅料，药用包材，药物剂型相关产品工作经验候选人。
Strongcommunicationskillsandinterpersonalskills,abletoestablishandmaintainingproductiverelationshipswithcolleagues,networkingacrosscompany.
较强的沟通技巧和人际沟通，可以在公司建立并维护与员工内部人际关系网。
